#1 Question to Ask Yourself When Selling Your Home
When you think about selling your home, probably the biggest question that I would ask is :
What is the condition of your home?
Obviously, there are certain things about your home that you can’t change such as the size and the location. But what you can take a look at how is your home maintained, are there things you’ve been putting off that need to be repaired?
And if so, it’s probably the time to go ahead and take care of those.
Other things to consider?
Do you need to paint your house? Whether it’s inside or outside.
Do you need to neutralize some of the rooms?
Take a look at your curb appeal. First impressions are everything. When someone’s walking up to your front door, make sure it’s a clean fresh look. A little bit of mulch outside can go a long way.
Focusing on the condition of your home means that people are coming in and looking at your home for what it is, and not focusing on colors or your things that can detract from them being interested in purchasing your home.
If you are selling: What would you say is the current condition of your home? What is one thing you could do to boost the overall condition? I’d love to hear your story in the comments below!
